Sprouts Adventures in Art & Nature ( age 3-5) M/W/F: Sprouts is a unique experience for preschoolers that runs September-June and follows the Essex school calendar. Children must be 3 years old and potty trained. Our Sprouts enjoy studio time, outdoor exploration, community gatherings and classroom projects every day. We weave concepts of science, nature, math and literacy within a artistic framework using the  Reggio Emilia philosophy of learning. See our SPROUTS 2017 page for more details! REGISTER HERE

PRE-K Clay Workshops (Age 2-5) TUESDAYS: This is class for children interested in exploring and playing with clay. We will provide various mediums from polymer, sculpey, modeling clay and air dry clay. Children can explore, experiment and create to their hearts delight. Various ages can expect various outcomes–but really it’s about the process and the experience!! (PLAN ON GETTING MESSY!!) Classes run TUESDAYS at 10:45 directly after Music with Miss Caitlin! REGISTER HERE

Toddler Time Art & Music (3 years & under) TUESDAYS: Toddler sessions are designed for children 3 AND UNDER accompanied by a caregiver. In addition to free form art, Miss Caitlin plays her guitar at 10am!!  DROP IN!! NO NEED TO REGISTER

Home School Arts Enrichment (ages 6 and up) THURSDAYS: Arts Enrichment sessions are designed to satisfy the State of Vermont fine arts requirement (and extend far beyond!) In each 3 week session (CLICK FOR DESCRIPTION OF EACH 3 week Homeschool SESSION) , children tinker, take apart, build, create and play, all while practicing fine motor skills and weaving in concepts of science and  math…..AND of course there is always fun, lively social interaction! After School Enrichment (ages 6-12) M-F: Students arrive at 3:30 by bus or caregiver. Pick up is at 5:30. ESSEX RESIDENTS CAN ARRIVE BY BUS!! See more information on our AFTER SCHOOL PAGE. 

Students work on individual open ended art/maker projects  and have ample time for independent exploration in the studio. Time is also spent outdoors and socializing during snack.
